Bureau Veritas witnessed CRRC Times Electric won the silver medal of IRIS again, helping the rail industry develop in a high-quality way

Recently, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CRRC Times Electric") successfully passed the ISO/TS 22163 standard system audit, and was awarded the silver level evaluation and recognition of the rail industry IRIS management system issued by the European Railway Industry Association (UNIFE). As a long-term partner of CRRC Times Electric and an independent third-party audit institution, Bureau Veritas successfully implemented on-site audit covering management maturity, process performance and customer perception, recommended and finally witnessed the birth of this achievement.

This time, it won the IRIS "Silver Medal" certificate again, which is the result of the great attention paid by the management of CRRC Times Electric and the joint efforts of the team and all employees. This not only represents CRRC Times Electric's solid management ability in China's railway industry, demonstrates its excellent management and service level in the international rail field, but also means the company's consistent high pursuit and commitment to product quality and safety.

CRRC Times Electric has been recognized by the European Railway Industry Association (UNIFE) silver level evaluation since 2020. As one of the first domestic enterprises to pass the IRIS silver level, it has been committed to focusing on customer requirements, continuous improvement and innovation, continuous improvement of business quality, product quality and service quality, providing customers with professional products and services, and constantly improving customer satisfaction. In order to continuously improve the quality management system, CRRC Times Electric plans to establish a special improvement team at the end of 2022 according to the higher level requirements of IRIS, formulate process improvement goals, improvement plans and detailed work plans, and steadily promote and implement them.

IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) is formulated by the European Railway Industry Association (UNIFE), officially released on May 18, 2006, and updated to ISO/TS 22163 in May 2017. IRIS Certification performance levels are divided into three levels: "bronze" (obtained upon passing), "silver" and "gold". The certification rules issued by IRIS Management Center on May 1, 2020 specify the criteria for obtaining the "silver" level, and the silver certification starts.
