The Environmental Management Systems standard ISO 14001:2015 has been revised and the 2026 version published in April 2026.
环境管理体系标准ISO 14001:2015已完成修订，并于2026年4月正式发布了2026版。
Please find hereunder some guidelines for transition of your 2015 version management system to new 2026 version.

Salient features of the transition policy are as follows:

Transition for Certified Organisations
获证组织的转版安排
Surveillance audits of already certified organisations will still be permitted using ISO 14001:2015 until 30/04/2029; and re-certifications of already certified organisations will still be permitted using ISO 14001:2015 until 30/04/2028 to allow organisations the time to adapt to meet the new requirements. After 30/04/2029 only audits using ISO 14001:2026 will be accepted.
在2029年4月30日之前，仍允许使用ISO 14001:2015标准对获证组织进行监督审核；在2028年4月30日之前，仍允许使用ISO 14001:2015标准对获证组织进行再认证审核，以便为组织留出时间适应并满足新要求。2029年4月30日之后，仅接受使用ISO 14001:2026标准的审核。
For Organisations already certified to ISO 14001:2015, new certificate against ISO 14001:2026 shall be issued only after the conformance is verified by BVC Auditor during routine surveillance or re-certification audit. Should an organisation wish to upgrade to ISO 14001:2026 prior to the routine surveillance or recertification audit, this can be done through a special audit. Additional audit time will be required for conducting the upgrade audit. This will be agreed with the organisation prior to conduct of the audit.
对于已通过ISO 14001:2015认证的组织，必维审核员需在常规监督审核或再认证审核期间验证其符合性后，方可颁发新的ISO 14001:2026证书。若组织希望在常规监督审核或再认证审核之前升级至ISO 14001:2026，可通过特殊审核方式进行。进行升级审核需增加额外的审核时间，该时间将在审核前与组织协商一致。
If the ISO 14001:2026 certificate is issued after a surveillance audit (or special audit), then the validity of the new certificate will remain the same as the one in the existing certificate.
若ISO 14001:2026证书在监督审核（或特殊审核）后颁发，新证书的有效期将与原证书的有效期保持一致。
For new applications to become an ISO 14001:2026 certified organisation
新申请成为ISO 14001:2026获证组织
Audits and certifications of newly certified organisations will be permitted using ISO 14001:2015 until 31/10/2027 and after this date, no initial audits are permitted using ISO 14001:2015 version.
在2027年10月31日之前，允许使用ISO 14001:2015标准对新申请的组织进行审核和认证；在此日期之后，不再允许使用ISO 14001:2015版本进行初次审核。
Certificates issued against 2015 version from now on shall have a validity limited to 30/04/2029 only, although existing ISO 14001:2015 certificates will not be reissued to reflect an expiry prior to the certification cycle.
自即日起，依据2015版颁发的证书有效期将仅限于2029年4月30日；不过，现有的ISO 14001:2015证书将不会重新签发以提前其认证周期内的到期日。
Please ensure that you have updated your documentation in conformance with ISO 14001:2026 standard, conducted at least one round of internal audits by qualified auditors and management review against ISO 14001:2026 requirements and have covered all sites under scope in your internal audit program, and effectively implemented all requirements of ISO 14001:2026 specifically the additional requirements of the standard.
请确保您已按照ISO 14001:2026标准更新了体系文件，已按照ISO 14001:2026的要求，由有资质的审核员进行了至少一轮内审和管理评审，且内审计划已覆盖范围内的所有场所，并有效实施了ISO 14001:2026的所有要求，特别是该标准的新增要求。
